VETERAN GROUP FITNESS
This exercise class is specially designed for any returned serviceman or woman who holds a valid "Department of Veteran Affairs" Gold Card. We also guide and support the Veterans on how to improve their their quality of life and make simple but effective changes to their current lifestyle through functional orientated exercises. The exercises performed focus on the areas affected most by getting older and are suitable for Veteran suffering from osteoporosis, arthritis or recovering from recent falls or fractures. This class also caters for people with chronic health conditions such as Heart Disease, Diabetes, Lung Disease, Parkinsons, Fibromylagia to name a few.
This class is suitable for any Veteran over the age of 40. Veteran's partners/wives/husbands are most welcome to join the class for a small cost of $5. The class is supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
