Multisession Clinic Pass
For only $55 weekly (direct debited) you will have access to our Private Fitness Studio and all equipment as often as you like. You will be required to book a session time to ensure fitness equipment is available for use. We advise that you have one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists design your exercise program prior to purchasing this pass.

Missed Appointment: If you miss or forget your appointment you will be charged a 'no show' fee of $55. It will be at the discretion of the treating practitioner if they wish to waive this fee should you reschedule your appointment.
Online Payment: If you are paying via our online payment system (www.ezidebit.com.au) please note the following fees apply;
Administration Fee - $2.20 (once only when setting up account),
Bank Account Transaction Fee - $1.10
Credit Card Transaction Fee - VISA/MASTERCARD 2.2% (min. $1.10), AMEX/DINERS 4.4% (min. $1.10)
