Usually preformed with a stronger and deeper pressure, using trigger point and deep kneading of the muscles, some discomfort may be experienced around problem areas. The whole body is not always massaged as more time is spent of problems areas. The massage techniques used are aimed at correcting and normalising the body’s soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) and encouraging balance between the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Excellent for chronic ailments, back pain, headaches etc.
Relaxation Massage
Ease away the stresses of modern day living. Take time out of your normal routine to indulge yourself, unwind and feel revitalised.
This style of massage is more general, which helps de-stress and loosen up all over. Relaxation is a great starter massage for people who have never had a massage before, or people who just need some TLC. This treatment uses more flowing strokes and gentle kneading of the muscles and done to your preferred pressure to help you relax, mind and body.
Seated Massage
The seated massage routine is specially designed to focus on the neck, shoulders and upper back and generally lasts fifteen minutes. It acts to reduce accumulated physical and mental tension, and increase circulation, energy and mental clarity.

This style of massage has been used by many ancient cultures for thousands of years. Preformed mainly with Basalt stones, heated to 50°C - 55°C, with regular massage also being incorporated for problem areas - if required.
