Do you want to be rewarded for giving a Testmonial?

We are looking for clients who have achieved wonderful results with any or all of our allied health services. We would like to hear  from those who have improved their function, decreased pain, got their Diabetes or other Medical condition under control or lost weight - we want to hear your story of how we have helped you improved your health & wellbeing!

As a thank you to those who volunteer to provide us with a testamonial we are giving each person a $25 movie voucher!

The process of providing a testamonial will include each person;

• giving written permission for our PR Consultant Johanna Baker-Dowdell of Strawberry Communications to contact you for a brief telephone interview,
• participating in a telephone interview with PR Consultant Johanna Baker-Dowdell in which she will ask you a series of questions to help her write your testamonial,
• giving written permission for Merendi Health & Wellness to use your testamonial via a number of marketing avenue (e.g. website, flyers, video blogs, written blogs etc),
• giving permission for Merendi Health & Wellness to provide PR Consultant Johanna Baker-Dowdell with a case summary/brief background of your journey with us,
• you will be provided with a copy of the testamonial to approve before publication,
• you may choose to have your testamonial developed into a video, voice recording and/or written - the choice is yours.
